• Dave OSTROWSKI, the Editor of Skyways, is an aeronautical engineer and a graduate of Parks College of Aeronautical Technology of St. Louis University. After a career in flight testing, research & development, program management, and aircraft certification with the Army, Navy, and FAA, Dave assumed the editorship of Skyways in July 1995 with issue number 35. Dave brings a lifelong interest in early airplanes to Skyways. His goal is to present quality, comprehensive, and informative articles to Skyways readers on those fascinating aircraft, events, and personalities of aviation's golden age, 1920 to 1940. |
